A super user has the ability to see all support tickets raised by anybody within their company. 


If you would like to nominate yourself or anybody within your company as a super user, then further checks will be made by NAVBLUE to ensure that they are authorised company representatives.


Please raise a support ticket with us requesting the creation of a super user using the following text in the description box.


  1. Raise a new support ticket with us
  2. Set the type of ticket as "Request"
  3. In the description box please copy and paste the text below and complete the table accordingly
